Payment Options

We accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, debit, cash, and personal cheques.

Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy and Chiropractic services may be covered by your extended health benefit plan-please check with your plan before treatment. We offer direct billing to many insurance companies; however, in certain circumstances, you may need to pay upfront and then submit your receipt(s) to your extended health plan for reimbursement. This is the usual course of action required for any clinic providing private therapy services. ICBC covers treatment for injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident; an additional user fee may be charged (see below).

Physiotherapy Service Fees (Effective Oct 6, 2025): 

Private Fees for Adults and Youth:

• Initial assessment and subsequent visits (minimum 30 minutes 1:1; total session time 30-60 min): $100 per visit 
• No additional fee if using Acupuncture or IMS needles- this is included as part of the treatment payment
• Senior (65 and over): Initial assessment and subsequent visits (1:1, minimum 30 minutes): $95 per visit 
• Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy with Sarah Jones: $165 for initial visit (1:1 60 minutes); $100 for subsequent visits (1:1 30 minutes)
• Vestibular Physiotherapy: $115-150 for initial visit (1:1, 30-45 minutes); $110 for subsequent visits (1:1, 30 minutes)
  
  

3rd Party Payment User Fees:

• ICBC: $0 ICBC user fee
• MSP Exempt: $50
• WorkSafe BC (WCB): $0
• Short reports/letters: minimum $50

MASSAGE THERapy FEES:

Please call the clinic for Massage Therapy fees (prices vary depending on the length of the visit). Massage Therapy is available in various time increments and is provided by one of our Registered Massage Therapists in a private treatment room. We offer Massage Therapy at both the Panorama and Ocean Park clinics.

chiropractic service fees:

• Initial Assessment (1:1, 45 minutes): $125
• Subsequent visits (1:1, 30 minutes): $115 
• Available with Dr. Jake Hanna at the Panorama location

Cancellation Fee:

• If less than 24 hours' notice is provided: $50. Please call our front reception to reschedule your appointment as soon as possible if you must cancel. Thank you!
• The 24-hour Massage Therapy cancellation fee is 50% of the appointment fee
• Please note, our late cancellation/no-show fee for Return-to-Performance sessions is 50% of the session fee
