Daman graduated with a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Fraser Valley and holds a diploma in Sports Science. She is certified in SafeSport, NCCP Fundamental Movement Skills, and Competition Development. Having grown up playing sports, Daman developed a strong appreciation for the role physical health plays in athletic performance. Daman is focused on helping individuals improve their overall fitness through movement assessments and tailored exercise plans.

Outside of work, she stays active with regular walks and workouts, enjoys finding new recipes to cook, and maintains a healthy lifestyle to connect with her clients.

Daman works Tuesday afternoons at Ocean Park and Wednesday afternoons at Panorama.
