Sabrina received her Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia. Before physical therapy, Sabrina obtained her Master of Science in Kinesiology and worked at an exercise physiology laboratory studying the effects of exercise in both health and disease states.

Sabrina takes a thorough individualized approach with her clients and looks forward to helping them achieve their goals.

Sabrina grew up in Langley playing a variety of sports. While at UBC Sabrina competed collegiately in both cross country running and track and field. She has represented Canada in both cross-country and road running, and in 2016 won the Victoria Marathon. Outside of the clinic, you will often find Sabrina running around with her husband and 5 young, active children.

Sabrina is currently on maternity leave.
