B.H.K. (Human Kinetics)
Nicole Lunde (she/her) completed her Bachelor of Human Kinetics with a focus in Clinical Exercise Physiology from the University of British Columbia Okanagan. She is SportMedBC Athletic Taping certified and is currently pursuing her Functional Movement Systems certification (FMS). Nicole is currently enrolled in graduate studies to further her education and skills

During her time at UBCO, Nicole worked in a Pediatric Exercise Physiology Research lab studying the impacts of prolonged sitting and exercise on brain health in children and young adults. Outside of school, she also spent time with Interior Health’s Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program as well as the City of Kelowna’s Community Access Match program. In these programs, Nicole worked with COPD, stroke, and Parkinson’s Disease affected patients to improve their cardiorespiratory fitness and help rehabilitate their strength through exercise.
Nicole grew up as a high-performance athlete in White Rock playing volleyball and soccer. Her passion for sports and exercise is what drove her to pursue the field of kinesiology. She is excited to apply exercise and movement science to encourage well-being, improve performance, rehab injuries and restore optimal function to patients through active rehabilitation.

Outside of the clinic, Nicole can be found playing volleyball, skiing, hiking, or paddle boarding at the beach.

Nicole Lunde welcomes clients to the Ocean Park location on Saturdays.
