Payment Options:
- We accept VISA, Mastercard, debit, cash, and personal cheque.
- Physiotherapy and Massage Therapy services may be covered by your extended health benefit plan-please check with your plan prior to treatment.
- Treatment for injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident is covered by ICBC (an additional user fee is charged, see below).
- WorkSafe BC will cover the first 6-8 weeks of physiotherapy if your claim is accepted.
Physiotherapy Service Fees:
- Private Payment:
Initial assessment $58
Subsequent visit $50
- Youth (under 18) and Senior (65 and over):
Initial assessment: $53
Subsequent visit: $45
- 3rd Party Payment:
ICBC: $25
MSP Exempt: $25
Worksafe BC (WCB): $0
- Bike Fitting: note new rates effective June 1, 2010:
1 bike and 1 pair of cleats: $175
2 bikes: $225
cleat fitting only: $100
- Lymphapress:
Initial visit (60 minutes): $60
Subsequent visit (45-60 minutes): $35
- Functional Sports Screening Assessment: $100
Massage Therapy Service Fees:
- Please call the clinic for Massage Therapy fees (prices vary depending on length of visit and your coverage). Massage Therapy is available in various time increments and is provided by our Registered Massage Therapist in a private treatment room.
